Access to the airport is possible from the European road E70. The airport is located in the N-E part of Timisoara, at a 12 km's distance from the city centre, near Ghiroda village – approximatively a 15 minutes ride to the city centre

By bus

Bus nr. 26 takes you directly to the Airport and from the airport to town.
It leaves in both directions every hour.
It’s route is: Punctele Cardinale - P-ta Badea Cartan - Modern - Blocuri MApN – Aeroport

By rail

The railway station is located at a 30 minutes distance by car from the airport. No direct transportation from the airport to the railway station. www.cfr.ro
