By car

The airport is located about 15 km from the centre and can be reached from various directions: from the north, on the E6; from the south on the E6; from the east on the E20; on Trunk Road 45 or Trunk Road 40. For detailed information about travelling by car to the airport, click here.

Bus

Buses ("Flygbussarna") depart from the Nils Ericson terminal every two hours and 20 minutes before every departure and leave leaves the airport for Nils Ericson Terminal 50 min after the scheduled flight arrival. The bus trip takes 30 minutes and costs SEK 50 (EUR 6).
Local public buses also pass near the airport, but please note that This transport would take much longer time if you are going to the city.

Taxi

There is a taxi station at the airport. Taxis and limousine service can also be booked via the airport traffic office. Approximate fixed prices by taxi from Göteborg City Airport to the Central Station: SEK 320.

Parking

There are approx 1200 chargeable parking spaces for private cars next to the terminal building. The parking area is divided into long-term and short-term parking. The long-term car parks are enclosed, with gates that are locked at night. There are directions from the airport entrance. Prices: long-term 50 SEK/day Short-term 10 SEK/hour. Parking space cannot be booked in advance.
