The airport located in the Wahner Heide nature reserve, 15 km southeast of Cologne and 16 km northeast of Bonn.

Bus

Airport-Express-Bus 670 escorts you from the main train station directly to de departure terminal of the Cologne/Bonn airport and back. Stops Cologne Bonn Airport - Bonn main railway station - Cologne Bonn Airport. For more information click here.

From Cologne with Stadtbahn (urban railway) Line 7 as far as Porzmarkt; from there with Line 161 to the airport and back. Stops T1 / A lower level, T2 / D, bus station, administration, air cargo centre.

Railway

The journey to the city centre takes around 15 minutes by S-Bahn (shuttle number S 13). The train costs €2.10 for a single ticket and departs every twenty minutes from the Hauptbahnhof to the airport (from 4.21 to 0.41 on weekdays).
