The airport located in the Wahner Heide nature reserve, 15 km southeast of Cologne and 16 km northeast of Bonn.

Bus

Airport-Express-Bus 670 escorts you from the main train station directly to de departure terminal of the Cologne/Bonn airport and back. Stops Cologne Bonn Airport - Bonn main railway station - Cologne Bonn Airport. For more information click here.
From Cologne with Stadtbahn (urban railway) Line 7 as far as Porzmarkt; from there with Line 161 to the airport and back. Stops T1 / A lower level, T2 / D, bus station, administration, air cargo centre.

Railway

The journey to the city centre takes around 15 minutes by S-Bahn (shuttle number S 13). The train costs €2.10 for a single ticket and departs every twenty minutes from the Hauptbahnhof to the airport (from 4.21 to 0.41 on weekdays). On Saturdays and Sundays the train runs every half an hour and the last train leaves at 23.11. Details about the train: www.bahn.de.
